To capture attention and headlines, we created pre-premiere buzz for Travel Channel’s Expedition Unknown: Hunt for the Yeti, by causing a spectacle in a top media market (NYC), along with an exciting experience for consumers passersby!
The focus of the stunt was a branded double-decker bus carting 38 costumed Yetis throughout New York City! Their urban trek moved around Manhattan to highly-trafficked media hotspots engaging consumers with freebies and over-the-top photo opps. The activation also featured live in-the-making ice sculptures in Madison Square, and a branded mobile coffee truck distributing free iced coffee. We amplified the buzz with digital efforts across Facebook Live and Snapchat.
